MEMORIES OF LOSS
(OFFCUT FESTIVAL - RIVERSIDE STUDIOS)
October 2011
“The bitterest tears shed over graves are for words left unsaid and deeds left undone” - Harriet Beecher Stowe
Set in an unknown world, Memories of Loss is a dark lyrical play exploring death, grief and the things left unsaid.
Following the universal characters of Brother, Sister, Mother and Daughter our play discoverers that the links which both bind relationships together and those which tear us apart, can transcend life and death.
A heart-warming play which endeavours to come to terms with saying ‘goodbye’.
